首届索尔维中国创新大会聚焦高效催化

   

中国上海2017111 --- 全球领先的综合化工企业索尔维在上海举办了首届索尔维中国创新大会。本次创新大会成功邀请到11位来自化工领域的专家教授,旨在加强行业内的学术交流、共同探讨催化行业所面临的挑战,展望未来催化剂领域的发展趋势。

作为可持续化工的重要驱动力,催化剂一直被全球各行业广泛关注。本次创新大会的主题则是围绕“高效催化对可持续化学的贡献”而展开。以丰富多样的形式,重点交流与分享了生物原料的转化以及计算机模拟的催化剂,和催化过程的表征技术。此次创新大会,不仅展现索尔维可持续发展理念,同时也为客户提供一次与专家面对面交流的机会,更加深入的了解催化剂为他们提供的价值和利润。

追溯至20世纪初期,索尔维会议在比利时布鲁塞尔召开, 直接催生了一种全新独特的科学模式 —— 首创在国际化背景下由企业牵头进行的面对面的学术交流。如今,首届索尔维中国创新大会在上海召开,正是集团对这种开放式创新精神的一种传承。再次证明了,百年来索尔维不忘索尔维会议传统,与业界人士并肩作战,整合多种观点,从而改进我们的研究和创新工艺,为化工领域创造出更多可持续性的解决方案。

 

在首届中国创新大会上,索尔维还特意在下午的分组专题讨论会中为行业内青年人才搭建了与专家面对面交流的平台, 索尔维自20世纪70年代在中国经营业务以来,始终秉承开放式的创新精神来实现业务的可持续发展。集团积极响应上海市政府建立国际化科创中心的号召,2011年与法国国家科学研究院(CNRS)、华东师范大学和里昂高等师范学院,里尔一大和复旦大学,联合创立的高效节能产品与工艺国际科学研究实验室(E2P2L)。这是CNRS在中国的第一家国际联合科研单位。目前,索尔维在中国共有17个生产基地、4个研究与创新中心及实验室。
